Children, Teens and Adults
At Growth in Mind Psychology, I offer a warm, supportive counselling space for children, teens, and adults, recognising that each stage of life brings its own challenges and strengths.
With children, I use age-appropriate, creative approaches to help them express feelings, build resilience, and develop emotional skills. For adolescents, I provide a safe and non-judgemental environment to navigate their emotions, relationships, and the pressures High School. With adults, I work collaboratively to explore concerns such as stress, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth.
Across all ages, my approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to the individual, helping clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward with confidence.
