Professional Supervision

Professionally I have worked in both the school and private practice settings

 

I feel particularly comfortable supervising across these settings, although I am also happy to supervise across other settings if they are within my areas of knowledge.

 

I am happy to supervise:

• Students on placement and/or completing 4+2 and 5+2 programs

• Ed & Dev Registrar's and,

• Psychologists looking for ongoing professional supervision.

 

I utilise an integrative, system focussed approach that includes goal directed, practical suggestions that respond to the Supervisee's needs.

 

In my practice I draw on a number of treatment modalities including: Circle of Security, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy and Mindfulness. I find these modalities, and the systems I have worked in have shaped the lense I practice through.

 

I believe my professional skills and personal experiences help to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment for Supervisee's to learn and grow within.
